If you are looking for someone to relieve you of the stress you are feeling while planning your big day, then maybe we can help! We pride ourselves on being a little different than your average planning company that offers coordination services. I enjoy getting to know my clients so that I'm not a stranger coming in on your wedding plans 30 days out when it's the most stressful time for you. We also don't dabble in other areas of the wedding industry because we want to focus our attention on the one thing, we're great at, coordination and overseeing the whole day. I love working with clients that are excited about planning out their day themselves but feel relaxed enough to call me when they are unsure about something. Bouncing off ideas or things we've seen at other weddings is always fun as well. If you are starting to plan your wedding or neck-deep in planning for your wedding that’s a month away like I was (it’s never too late!) give yourself the gift of bringing on Roxanne and her team for day of coordination. From the very first convo I had with Roxanne, I knew that my special day was in great hands. She immediately contacted all of my vendors, started thinking about floor plans and which centerpieces would look best where, and generally guiding me on so many things I wouldn’t have thought of. Her experience and talent are apparent in every little detail. We were having a breakfast at the hotel the next morning that she wasn’t even coordinating, but once she caught wind of it she found out how many tables we needed and made a plan to reuse our reception centerpieces- that little detail felt so special the next day at breakfast. We had a wonderful time working with Roxanne! She's professional and attentive to details, often times she pointed out logistical matters that I did not know about or forgot, and she took initiative many times to communicate with our venue. For instance, two weeks before our wedding, our event manager at the venue moved to another job and we were assigned a new one. Roxanne took initiative to communicate with the new manager and made sure that all the details were relayed correctly. Roxanne was always on time and made sure everyone was where they were supposed to be during the wedding. Having a day-of coordinate was definitely one of the best investments during the entire wedding planning; it made our day much smoother and worry-free!

We had to quickly find a day-of-wedding coordinator since ours had to cancel due to Covid. Roxanne was beyond and above what we could ask for as the day-of-coordinator. She had several phone calls with me while we were preparing for our wedding. You can tell that she is by your side during the preparation really brainstorming with you and trying to help solve the issues that arise. She was super helpful not just on the day of our wedding but throughout the preparation process. She was very attentive on the day of to details & was always around going between the bridal suite, the groom's cottage & the vendors to check that everything was going smoothly and always kept us informed. From beginning to end, Roxanne was a rock star! Everyone knows how crazy the wedding day can be. She worked flawlessly with the venue helping to decorate and set up; even when my bride was making seat-of-the-pants changes two hours before the wedding, she stayed calm and made sure everything was to our liking. Roxanne would have been a fantastic value at any price but her fees are incredibly reasonable. You can’t go wrong hiring her!
